This phaleonopsis (sp?) has bloomed almost every year since I've had it. I water or mist it a few times per week, letting the water drain through its bark soil. I fertilize about once every two months. After it's done flowering I cut the flower stem down to about one inch from the plant. It's an easy orchid and tells you when it needs more attention.
