I have some good portabella mushroom recipes if you want them. Made them from the mushroom kit you sent me.
Mushroom Pitas and Mushroom Fritata. Both are excellent.
Sounds yummy. I've already cooked twice with them and have about five big ones picked in the fridge! Don't know if I'll get anymore on this first harvest.
BTW, shiitake is spelled shiitake! This variety is more chewy and less moist than portas. Great for cooking in dishes.
